Vantage One Excellence Award:
The University of British Columbia extends the Vantage One Excellence Award to international students aspiring to pursue their studies in Canada.
This scholarship is designed to cover the full expenses of the recipient’s academic program and living costs.
The award is specifically dedicated to students with a keen interest in pursuing an undergraduate program in various fields, including sports, arts, debating, creative writing, or engaging in examinations and external academic competitions.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the Vantage One Excellence Award at the University of British Columbia, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be an overseas student intending to study in Canada and holding a Canadian study permit.
- Have graduated or recently graduated from a recognized secondary school with a commendable academic record.
- Commence undergraduate studies at UBC in the University of British Columbia Vantage One Program.
- Fulfill the university’s admission requirements, encompassing general and degree-specific criteria, as well as the English Language Admission Standard.
- Demonstrate exceptional academic and leadership capabilities.
Application Procedures:
To be eligible for the Vantage One Excellence Award at the University of British Columbia in 2024, candidates must complete their award application and the online admission form for UBC. Additionally, applicants have the option to indicate two-degree preferences, with only the first-choice degree being taken into account for award consideration.
Application Deadline: The deadline for submitting applications for enrollment in the UBC Vantage One Excellence Award is January 31, 2024.
