Annually, the company identifies a specific number of underprivileged students to award the Harmony Gold Bursary. In the academic year 2023, Harmony is set to grant bursaries to students specializing in both core and non-core mining disciplines.\”

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a citizen of South Africa
  • Should have successfully completed Matric and possess a National Senior Certificate
  • Must have attained a minimum of 60% in all Matric subjects
  • Should be enrolled in a full-time degree program in one of the specified fields of study at a recognized tertiary institution
  • Eligible for application in the first, second, third, or fourth year of study in 2023
  • Must demonstrate a strong academic track record
  • Engineering students must have achieved at least 70% in both Mathematics and Physical Science in Matric
  • Tertiary students are required to have scored a minimum of 60% in all major subjects in Matric

Applicants must not be receiving funding from any other bursary Fields of Study
