Application Process:

Step 1: Application Creation

  • Create or modify a scholarship application from the list under “My Applications” on the homepage. Submit only one application per competition.

Step 2: Master’s CGS-M Opt-In (if applicable)

  • Master’s degree candidates can choose to incorporate their CGS-M application into the Harmonized Scholarship Process by the December 1st deadline.

Step 3: Transcript Upload

  • Acquire official transcripts and submit them directly through the scholarship portal, following the provided guidelines.

Step 4: Reference Letters

  • Ensure all reference letters are uploaded by the specified deadline: January 16, 2024, or February 15 for non-thesis applicants.
