Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a National Diploma in Information Management, Records Management, or Human Resources Management, along with two years of relevant experience.

Duties:
The incumbent will be responsible for, among other tasks:
- Filing personnel documents and departmental correspondences.
- Updating and maintaining personnel files.
- Coordinating audit requests for information and submitting information.
- Performing any other duties delegated by management.
