The Kinship Foundation has initiated the application process for its 2023 Kinship Conservation Fellowship. Eighteen applicants will be selected as Fellows for this month-long, in-residence Fellowship that emphasizes market-based conservation. Delivered by a faculty of global experts, the leadership training program adopts a case-study approach. Fellows engage in interactive discussions, systems-thinking exercises, and peer-learning sessions, gaining innovative solutions applicable to challenges in their work.

Beyond training, Fellows become part of a global community, benefiting from regional chapters, affinity groups, in-person and virtual events, mentorship, and learning exchanges. This connectivity allows them to collaborate with past cohorts and conservation practitioners, combining skills and resources to accelerate change and maximize conservation impact.
