Here’s an outline of the Bachelor of Law Application Timeline at the University of Venda:

  • Undergraduate applications are open from 1 June to 31 August annually.
  • Late applications may be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to a late application fee.

To qualify for admission to the LLB program, applicants typically need the following:

  • National Senior Certificate (NSC) with a minimum of 50% in English and 60% in four other higher-grade subjects, which must include History and Geography.
  • Applicants may also be required to undergo an aptitude test and attend an interview.

To apply for the LLB program at the University of Venda, follow these steps:

  • Visit the University of Venda online application portal: UNIVEN online application portal
  • Register and create an account.
  • Select the “Bachelor of Laws (LLB)” program and complete the application form.
  • Upload all necessary documents, including certified copies of academic records (Matric certificate and transcripts), birth certificate or ID document, proof of SA citizenship status (if applicable), and a recent CV (optional).
  • Pay the application fee, which is currently R200 for South African applicants.
