University of Venda Registration 2025

How to Register at the University of Venda:
- Admission to a qualification/degree program at the university is a prerequisite for registration.
- Visit the UNIVEN All Prospective Students Online Registration Portal at https://univenien.univen.ac.za/pls/prodi04/w99pkg.mi_login.
- Enter your student number and PIN. In case of a forgotten PIN, click on “Forgot PIN” on the login page.
- The registration form will prompt you to provide personal, academic, and payment information. Review all details carefully before submitting the form.
- Upon payment of registration fees, submit your registration form. A confirmation email will be sent once the registration is processed.
After completing online registration and payment, submit the following documents to the university’s Admissions Office:
- Certified copies of academic transcripts and certificates.
- ID document or passport.
- Birth certificate.
- Proof of residence.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs.
- Acceptance letter from the university (if applicable).
Registration Fees Payment Options:
- Pay registration fees online using a credit card or debit card.
- Payment can also be made at any UNIVEN branch office or through a bank transfer.
