Details On The First Bank Management Associate Program 2023
Upon successful completion of the FirstBank Management Associate Programme, candidates (Management Associates) will be promoted to the Assistant Manager grade. Regardless of their initial entry-level grades, these individuals will be designated as High-Potential employees (HiPos) within the Bank, qualifying them for regular promotions based on consistent high performance ratings in the annual appraisal process. Management Associates will be assigned to their preferred/selected business function for a full-time posting.
Additionally, opportunities for cross-country postings and secondments across the FirstBank network will be offered to provide these employees with global exposure and networking opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates applying for the FirstBank Management Associate Programme must meet the following criteria:
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working in a structured organization, preferably in the financial services sector or with a global consulting firm.
- Second class upper division in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Possession of a post-graduate degree (minimum Master’s degree) from a reputable university; OR professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, and CFA.
