The Entry Level Trainee Program (ELTP) comprises two programs:
ELTP-GRAD and ELTP-RETAIL. Prospective candidates can choose between these programs based on their career aspirations and skill sets.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the Access Bank Entry Level Training Program (ELTP), applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a minimum of Second-Class Lower degree from a fully accredited institution.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit a strong aptitude for teamwork.
