After the UFS evaluates your application and communicates their decision, ensure any outstanding fees are settled before proceeding with enrollment. If you have been accepted, here is a step-by-step guide on how to enroll at the University of the Free State:
How to Enroll at the University of the Free State:
- Activate your UFS student account using the student number and password received upon admission.
Self-Service Registration (Two Options):
Option 1: UFS Student Homepage
- Navigate to the UFS Self Service page: UFS Self Service.
- Sign in with your username and password.
- Select the relevant semester and click “Continue.”
- Use “Add or Drop Modules” to choose your desired courses.
- Submit your selections and verify on your Proof of Registration.
Option 2: UFS Oracle PeopleSoft System
- Go to UFS Oracle PeopleSoft System.
- Log in to the Oracle PeopleSoft system using your student number and password.
- Click on “My Education Plan” and then the “Enrolment Tab.”
- Select “Add/Change Courses” and choose the courses you want to add or remove.
- Update your planner, validate it, and build your schedule.
- Enroll and verify your selections on your Proof of Registration.
